					<description>Ask for more money.  It doesn't hurt.  No more than 10% more otherwise it might look greedy.  I got my starting salary boosted about $3000 by asking for it.  I said:

"I really like your company but I was expecting a salary of $XX,XXX.  It would make my decision a lot easier if you could meet or exceed that."

Plus, you get more experience with negotiations.</description>
