Provo, Utah
Age: 25

Since he was 8 years old, creating elaborate stop-motion movies around his house, Cammon Randle hasn’t been able to put down a camera. In December, 2004, he started CopperRain Productions to make promotions, training videos, and creative shorts for companies of various sizes, including Hitachi DataSystems, Xango, and The Marketing Success Institute.

Randle and his wife, Lorri, who brings marketing know-how and business direction to CopperRain, are planning to surpass last year’s revenues of about $50,000 by taking advantage of the Internet to distribute their videos as well as educate potential clients about the company’s services. To learn how to keep up with competitors, Randle attends Provo Labs, a series of entrepreneurial seminars run in his hometown by Paul Allen, the founder of MyFamily.com.
