					<description>Interesting! But doesn't orange juice give you lots of vitamin C that can only be gotten through orange juice--in other words, naturally? Diet sodas, although they do not contain sugar have been shown to increase appetite--so you eat more because you feel hungry. Not sure if this is the way to go for losing weight. I like the no sugar drinks, but disagree with using diet sodas and eliminating orange juice.JMHO</description>
