Unless that go between has the ability to persuade the person you want to remain in contact with or manages the main contact's daily email/mail/life...from personal experience, it's never a bad thing to make sure the secretary knows who you are and where you stand with their boss. The secretary is the one who determines if you’re important enough to pass that phone call on.</description>
